Experience Jeff Holder Builders Inc. has been in operation for thirty years. As a residential builder and general contractor, our company has in excess of 150 years of construction experience working in Pickens, Greenville, Oconee, and Anderson counties.
Estimating/Invoicing/Budget Control Much effort is invested in providing an accurate estimating system with an extensive database of material and labor costs as well as lateral costs associated with permits, fees, utilities, insurance, clean up, etc. Our process offers clear concise invoicing, budget controls and a time management system for project milestones.
Design Jeff Holder Builders offers its greatest value in a design/build relationship. We assist our clients with real time costing through all phases of design, affording them the opportunity to maintain a budget goal. We have experience with numerous architects and designers from across the United States and can assist in the selection process. We also welcome the opportunity to work with a client-selected firm or plan.
Location Our 7,500 square foot facility is located ½ mile off Highway 133; just a few miles from the intersection of Highway 133 and Highway 11. The facility provides administrative offices, conference room, wood shop and material staging areas. This location also provides us a central location from which to manage our projects throughout the Upstate area.
